William E. Keels, with Clemson University, currently serves as State Director for the Agricultural Education program in South Carolina.    He is originally from Sumter county.   After graduating from Clemson University, he taught Agriculture in Sumter County at Hillcrest High School for twelve years and Crestwood High School for one year.   He has worked for Clemson University in Agricultural Education for the past 23 years and has served as State Director since 2003.
