Lydia Hutto manages the professional learning program at the South Carolina Department of Education. She has a master's degree in instructional design and technology, and over 20 years of teaching experience. She joined the SCDE in 2016 as staff technical trainer and has delivered presentations at the SC Education and Business Summit, and the Access SC IT Digital Accessibility Conference among others.

Madalina Tudora is a RESNA certified Assistive Technology Professional and experienced educator, currently serving as an Assistive Technology Specialist for the SC Department of Education. She supports local school districts and state agencies in building capacity for assistive technology by providing guidance, resources, and training for local assistive technology teams in SC. She conducts regional assistive technology trainings across the state and speaks at various conferences with a focus on assistive technology.
