Chris Napier works for the South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE) in the Office of Special Education Services (OSES). He is a member of the Post-Secondary Outcomes Team that provides tiered support to LEAs in the area of Post-Secondary outcomes in order to support the overall mission of the SCDE, OSES, and federal requirements. He also serves as a member of the SC OCTE/OSES Taskforce.
