Linda D. Thomas is the Career Readiness Coordinator at Sumter School District and was named the 2018-19 Santee Lynches Region Career Specialist of the Year and the 2020-2021 Santee Lynches Region Career Specialist of the Year. She has over 20 years of experience working with students, parents, educators, and industry partners in faith-based and public education communities.  Linda enjoys assisting students with career planning and teaching them the employability skills needed to be successful in pursuit of their career goals.  Her commitment to providing students with resources on college and career readiness through career exploration and work-based learning opportunities has allowed students to make better-informed decisions upon graduating from high school.
