The session will provide an overview to the attendees on several CTE extension projects that have embedded the successful College and Career Readiness Courses with an authentic Career and Technical approach. The projects give students a taste of a college-level assignment in the career field. The curriculum uses reading, writing, and thinking skills that meet the national career and technical literacy standards and Perkins V requirements. The presentation will also share the success of both the Alabama and Pennsylvania pilots.
