In addressing the industry’s national labor shortage, this session will encourage educators to consider new and expanded career pathways in construction through HBI's award-winning industry-recognized credentials. We will explore how industry must have a role as partner in coalition building combined with developing a pipeline of skilled workers who obtain industry-recognized credentials needed for meaningful employment which ensures success for both local communities and industry.
