In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, healthcare continues to evolve radically. Teaching foundational health concepts in a meaningful way is essential for students' overall success. This session will highlight EVERFI's free digital platform, which includes interactive, simulation-based resources that address the opioid epidemic, general substance abuse prevention, and the importance of mental health as part of comprehensive health. Teachers will see how technology can assist in learning these concepts, how to set up free teacher accounts, and how these programs fit within their scope and sequence.
