During the pandemic, Pickens County implemented YouScience aptitude-based career guidance to all students in grades 7-12 and utilized Insights to identify students' top CTE pathways, clusters, postsecondary majors, and top 10 careers. From talent discovery to more robust IGP meetings to recruiting students for the career center and Youth Apprenticeship, Pickens County found YouScience to be a game-changer in helping better align student talent to educational pathways and postsecondary opportunities.
