This session offers an overview of practitioner inquiry and a concrete example of an inquiry process used by a CTE Director to investigate low enrollment and potential new course offerings at a multi-district career center. Attendees can expect to learn research-based strategies for leading a classroom/program study that includes tips for topics, data collection/analysis, and action plans. Participants will receive sample documents and surveys. In addition to CTE instructors who want to address instructional challenges, this session would be helpful to any CTE director who plans to complete an on-site needs assessment or who will participate in a regional CLNA.
