The construction industry continues to experience a short supply of skilled craft professionals that affects general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and manufacturers. Cullum has an invested interest in helping the local community succeed by developing a workforce that can fill the job openings for plumbing, sheet metal, fabrication, design, and HVAC services. Learn about the four registered apprenticeships Cullum offers to youth with barriers, rising juniors and seniors, and graduating seniors. Cullum has served this community for 49 years and continues to be successful despite the added challenges of COVID 19.
