I moved to South Carolina in 2004, with some college and some work experience in the manufacturing and finance industries. I had no idea I would soon find my home in construction.  I was hired by Cullum as an administrative assistant and quickly grew into the role of Office Manager where I thrived for 10 years. Throughout my career, I refused to be confined by my job title and continually took on new challenges. In 2017, I was rewarded for my efforts and promoted to a Corporate Director's role responsible for Human Resource, Marketing, and Process Administration.  I achieved my Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional credential this year and continue to grow in my new role. I feel most energized when educating young people about opportunities for careers in construction and am living proof that it does not take a college degree to achieve success.
